When passing through Sooke, you may want to pick up some fresh food, (eggs, bread etc.) as Sooke is the closest place to purchase food & alcohol when visiting Orveas Bay.

There are two large grocery stores; both have deli sections with a selection of prepared food. Bakeries, Fish & Crab sales, Health food Stores, Beer & Wine Stores, Several Fast Food take-outs, and Small convenient stores. Most of the restaurants have a Take-Out menu as well
